Articles for Submission

We are now accepting submissions for Volume 29, which will be published in the spring of 2022. While the submission deadline is rolling, we ask that applicants submit their articles for consideration sooner rather than later. We would prefer to have all submissions received by December 1, 2021.

The Journal welcomes articles for consideration from current law students, professors and legal professors regardless of location.

The requirements for consideration are:

• The paper should be no longer than 40 pages of double-spaced text, though longer works will be considered (excluding footnotes or endnotes); and
• The paper must be on a topic that has some direct contemporary relevance to the sports industry.

We ask that all submissions for consideration be made in Microsoft Word format.
